Biography

Ryan Driver serves as Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development at Satellogic, bringing over a decade of strategy, finance, and M&A experience within the Earth Observation and aerospace industries. In his current role, he leads the company’s global strategic partnerships, corporate expansion initiatives, finance, and investor relations.

Since joining Satellogic in 2021, Mr. Driver has established a strong track record of executive leadership and execution. Advancing from his previous roles as Vice President of Strategy, Corporate Development, and recently, Global Business Development, he has successfully structured and closed multi-year strategic agreements that accelerated revenue growth, enhanced product capabilities, and secured critical long-term infrastructure. Additionally, he has been instrumental in executing capital market strategies, guiding fundraising rounds, and expanding analyst coverage.

Prior to Satellogic, Mr. Driver held key strategy and corporate development roles at Maxar Intelligence and DigitalGlobe, driving organic and inorganic growth initiatives. He began his career at KPMG, building a robust foundation in audit assurance and financial due diligence.

Mr. Driver earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Economics, both from the University of Denver.
