Biography

Noah Benz serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Satellogic Inc. (NASDAQ: SATL).  Mr. Benz brings over 25 years of legal experience to the company and leads the company’s global legal function, encompassing corporate governance, securities law and SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and supporting intellectual property and commercial contracting.

Prior to joining Satellogic, Noah served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Neenah, Inc. (NYSE: NP), a publicly traded global manufacturing company, where he was a senior member of the executive leadership team for nearly a decade. In that role, he helped lead the company’s transformation from a North American pulp and paper company into a global specialty materials enterprise.  He also managed the company’s NYSE and SEC compliance obligations, and served as the company’s principal risk officer. Following his tenure at Neenah, Noah founded Benz GC, LLC and SilverStream Advisory Group, LLC, where he provided fractional general counsel and M&A advisory services to fintech startups, early-stage payment companies, and financial institutions.

Noah began his career as an associate at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and Chamberlain Hrdlicka, and later served as Associate General Counsel, Real Estate at Mariner Health Care. He holds a Juris Doctor, with distinction, from Emory University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
