Matthew Brannen
Matthew Brannen joined Satellogic in October 2022 and currently serves as General Counsel.
Matthew brings over 15 years of legal experience representing public and private companies as in-house and external counsel. He most recently served as Director, Corporate Counsel for Sunlight Financial, a premier, technology-enabled point-of-sale financing company. Prior to joining Sunlight Financial, Mr. Brannen served as Associate General Counsel for ACN, Inc., a half-billion-dollar essential services business operating across 27 countries. Previously, he served as external counsel for public and private businesses, including major public utilities and Fortune 500 companies, and as in-house counsel in the commercial real estate investment and asset management industries.
Matthew received a J.D. with honors from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., and a bachelor’s degree from Furman University in Greenville, SC.
